Grok Bot is now available for enterprises. For the next two weeks, Grok and Cursor Enterprise customers get it included, and can invite their whole organization — including people who do not already have a seat.

Activate it in the admin dashboard, or contact sales.

What a bot is

A bot is a worker you create for a specific job. It runs on its own computer in the cloud and can use the same apps and websites you do. You message it the way you would a coworker. It comes back when the work is done, or when it needs a decision from you.

You will usually run several, each on a different job, independently. To teach a workflow, have the bot follow along once. It saves the routine, takes your corrections, and runs it on its own after that. When one works, you can hand it to someone else as a template. Bots can also message each other and share context, so you are not passing that between them yourself.

What companies needed, and what this release adds, is the ability to govern that at scale: access, network, and audit controls.

Isolated by default

Each person's work runs in its own environment, separate from every other user. A bot has no access until you sign it into an account, and it only reaches those accounts.

How teams use it

xAI says organizations have been running Grok Bot since launch, including Legora, Supermicro, and ServiceTitan, with the heaviest use outside engineering. Examples from that announcement:

Sales bots watch webinars and podcasts from people at target accounts, then leave LinkedIn and email drafts for review in the morning. On a live call, a bot can update the deck from the notes so the next step is already on the slide.

Recruiting bots prospect overnight and put a shortlist on the desk in the morning, with outreach waiting for approval. They can check in with candidates on interview day, and afterward draft scorecards from that day's call recordings.

After a webinar, a marketing bot can pull the Q&A and Slack the account executives whose customers showed up, with the questions they asked and a draft reply.

In finance, a procurement bot watches vendor spend, usage, and renewals, then flags where to cut cost or reopen terms. xAI says bots like this have already found material savings across SaaS, recurring purchases, and vendor services.

Engineering bots watch pull requests for bugs, security findings, failing builds, and merge conflicts, and keep work moving until it is ready for review. Overnight passes over the codebase are used for quality, performance, and security.
